 'stakeholder analysis' is part of the ANTI-HERO series.

Nicole moonlights (daylights?) as a change management consultant and has mastered the art and science of stakeholder analyses, a pillar of change management work. Often, analyses begin with a four-quadrant influence-interest matrix that plots individuals and organizations against 1) their influence on a project or mission and 2) their interest in it.

In her painting 'stakeholder analysis' Nicole depicts a stakeholder matrix being used to assess the difference between hero, anti-hero, and villain, except this matrix is informed by rating 1) the audience's understanding of a protagonist's motives and 2) their approval of the character's actions. This rating system is commonly used to assess whether a character is a classic hero, an anti-hero, or a villain.
